System Outage Details On 1/18/2010

We experienced an outage on 1/18/2010 from 2:43PM to 3:07PM. The outage was a result of an attack by external servers. No data was affected. Our system detected the attack and shutdown traffic to our servers. This action was a necessary step for the general protection of our servers. Although attacks like this are infrequent, they do happen. As such, we will explore ways of being able to reduce total outage time in the future.

Upcoming Server Maintenance 1/14/10

First thing Thursday morning, server maintence will be preformed between 1am and 2am. During that time, Bookt's services may not be available.
